Job Location Conditions

While carrying out the work at a job location, employees are exposed to the prevalent weather conditions. The job location can require you to work in extreme conditions. Additionally, at a location you can expect there to be loud noise levels, vibrations, fumes and dirt.

Physical Demands

While you are carrying out the duties of the job role, your physical demands will be varied.
They include standing, walking, sitting; using your hands to finger, handle, grasp effectively and/or feel objects, tools or controls; reaching out; climbing stairs; balancing; kneeling, crouching or crawling.
You must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Specific vision requirements for the job – close, distance, color, and able to adjust focus.
On ladders – ascend and descend maintaining three-point contact at all times; also, with unfinished stairs and no handrails.
Heights – work at levels more than 10 feet.
Maneuverability – travel over rough, uneven or rock surfaces; work around scaffolding, bracing or other unfinished construction items.
Safety – follow safety requirements ensuring you work without creating a risk to yourself or others.
